In-Home Services (IHS) include:
- Personal Care: Assistance with daily living.
- Homemaker: Household support.
- Chore: Short-term home tasks.
- Medical transportation (limited)
- Advanced Personal Care: Aid with complex daily activities.
- Authorized Nurse Visits: Nurse services.
- Respite: Caregiver relief.
- Basic: For non-skilled needs.
- Advanced: Special care oversight.
- Nurse: Skilled nursing support.
Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-based program that provides personal care attendant (PCA) services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently. Participants in the CDS program are trained to hire attendants to assist them with tasks of daily living.
CDS provides people with disabilities with assistance in the following areas. Participants may qualify for some or all of these services.
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Ostomy/colostomy hygiene
- Obtaining medication
- Transferring
- Range of motion
- Meal preparation/feeding/cleanup
- Housekeeping/laundry
- Errand transportation (shopping, paying bills/banking, picking up medication)
- Medical transportation (limited)
Healthy Children and Youth Program (HCY)
Companionship Care
Companionship Care is a special service that we offer. It includes the following activities:
- Accompaniment on errands or to doctor appointments
- Assistance with grocery shopping
- Walking to get fresh air and exercise
- Writing letters
- Playing games
- Reading aloud
- Friendly conversation etc.
Personal Care
Personal Care is one of the main services in Home Health Care industry. It includes assistance with every day activities to help the ones in need and make the elderly life peaceful. Personal care services are related to assistance with dressing, hygiene and incontinence services.
